It monitors cloud infrastructure alerts 24/7, autonomously investigates root causes by correlating logs, metrics and even source code, then delivers a full investigation report to a Slack channel — all within minutes of an alert firing.

Before MASS, alert investigation was manual: an engineer would be pulled off their work, spend time logging into multiple portals, correlating data across sources, and writing up findings. MASS does that entire workflow autonomously. A human reviews the output and approves next steps — not the other way around.
